Steps showing how to pre-lease

Step 1: Call the owner to make an appointment to view a unit. Please know your desired move-in date. If you do not get in touch with us on the first try, please leave a message or send a text message to 512-944-3544. We will get back within 24hrs if not the same day.

Step 2: If, after viewing the home, you are interested in renting, please have with you rental applications of all interested parties.  Online applications are available as well.  Simply request the link to submit your application online.  This application can be filled out on site or sent later but is required as part of the process to secure the home.  The application is required for all parties of the lease application.  Also required is the security deposit. 

Step 3: All future tenants will be asked to go over the lease and sign the lease agreement.  The signing of the lease to secure the home for you and your family is part of the application process.

Step 4: Notification of approval will be sent out via rental portal, email, or phone message.  This generally occurs within three days following receipt of all requested items.

Step 5: If an approval is pending a completion of a guarantor letter, the guarantor letter must be received with 3 days after pending approval notification.
